Introduction 4: Mysteries and Seven Wonders of the Mirror World

1. inverted school building, when not moving

Leo, Naoki, and Souta, who were lying on the floor, noticed that although they were supposed to be on the "old school dance floor," there was a strange atmosphere. The light was dim, the colors of the walls and ceiling looked dull, and above all, the silence was heavy. It was as if I had been thrown into a "world without sound.

Naoki said as he caught his breath, and Souta looked around with frightened eyes. Leo, too, felt a shiver run down his spine at the air he had never felt before. The cracks in the window that should have been there a moment ago and the graffiti on the landing are reversed from side to side, making it impossible to even decipher the words. The posters and wall coverings look distorted, and the clocks have stopped ticking.

Leo seemed most surprised at the words that came out of his mouth. Immediately the thought, "How do I get back in?" but of course he couldn't find the answer. The three of them could not even figure out how they got sucked into this place in the first place.

2. "Mirror" no longer exists

However, when they probed the walls of the landing with their hands, they could not feel the cold metal frame or the texture of the glass. Naoki tapped on the wall several times, but nothing but dust fell.

I suddenly noticed a small glass window at the end of the hallway. Perhaps it is a partition between classrooms, or perhaps there is a board about waist-high, with frosted glass above it.
